I have several bike rides planned this year, some for charity some just for the madness of it all! Keep checking back for updates

  Training bike ride!!! My first bike ride will be from my place of work to home! Not unusual you might think but I work in Colchester and live in Wakefield about 220 miles as the bike rides! Wish me luck! Diary to follow........
